Founded by Shannon and Dave Thomas, with Chefs RJ and Tyler Cancel, we blend the rich traditions of classic delis with fresh ideas, using premium ingredients, house-made meats. and freshly baked bread sourced from trusted local bakeries.

Rooted in Dave’s Chicago upbringing and Shannon, RJ, and Tyler’s New York heritage, Fratelli’s brings the vibrant flavors of hometown delis with the warmth of home. Guided by love, hard work, and the memory of RJ and Tyler’s late mom, Kim, we’re more than just a deli—we’re a family-run business inspired by those who shaped us.
